Excellent Stay with Minor Issues

sea view room cleaning helpful staff

I enjoyed the sea view room I booked. It allowed me to listen to the waves. The room cleaning service occurred daily. Staff members were helpful and available.

The gym equipment availability was somewhat limited I had to wait a bit on some occasions.

The twin room included a small fridge and a safe. The bathroom had a walk-in shower. Two chairs and a table were on the balcony, convenient, and I had a clothes dryer.

The hotel pool has a lifeguard present until 6 PM. The poolside bar remained open all day. There were ample sun beds available. The hotel has direct sea access.

The restaurant staff was efficient. The reception staff quickly handled my request for additional pillows. The chefs cooked dishes to order each evening. The staff was attentive and friendly.

The hotel provides easy access to the beach. I liked the easy walk to Cala Millor along the promenade. Many shops are nearby. The hotel location is perfect for exploring the area.

good stay!

clean pool friendly staff delicious food

the pool and bar area were super clean. the pool bar staff were very friendly too. breakfast and pool food tasted delicious.. i especially liked the music played at the pool bar in the evening. i asked to change rooms to be closer to my family, and it was quickly arranged!

the walls felt thin since i could hear the person next door zipping their suitcase.

the staff was really kind and helpful throughout my stay. they arranged for a mobility scooter for my dad without any issues and were always smiling and greeting us . it's really a nice touch!

the restaurant had really diverse and high-quality breakfast and dinner options. chefs prepared many dishes right in front of us. nearly all the food preparation was visible. there were no vats of food just sitting there for ages.
